WE are getting an error when processing our batch to FD North. INVALID DATA BATCH ERROR

This usually is a result of a bad transaction. Look in the EDC current batch for a transaction that has a $0 amount or a authorization that is different from the others or not the same characters as the other transacctions.
You may need to delete it.
You can also call the processor, they will watch the batch go thru and tell you what transaction and amount that is causing the batch to fail.

I've had this issue several times and it was due to an authorization for a negative amount. ie... the manager didn't do a refund, they did a negative transaction.
