I'm having trouble with one of my sites running EOD. It looks like EOD completes because the terminals show the correct DOB but when you go to the back office and try to run a sales summary from last night it isn't an option. I checked the \aloha directory and the dated folder for last night is not there. I tried running a sales summary on "today" but that shows up blank as well. I'm not sure where the data from yesterday went. There is an error in the debout.eod but i'm not sure what it points to. Has this happened to anyone else?

It sounds like your in redundant mode.
First I would reboot the server, loss of connectivity on the network from the terminal to the server would cause them to go into redundancy if it's set up to do it automatically. Browse to the master terminal, you might need to check all of them but in the \aloha\ folder there should be a dated subdirectory for yesterday. Just copy that onto the server's \aloha\ directory and grind should pick it up and create the data needed for reports.

Also go into aloha manager - maintenance - store settings and check the curent DOB. If it's not the same as the terminal then you should change the date and do a file server recovery.

Cheers,
Coorsman
