New setup going in soon. The system is staged and set up. Had the logo's floating and everything was working fine then EOD ran for the first time and it started crashing. I think there is a translog issue or something. Do you think that deleting all the logs will help? Not sure what the issue with this is yet.

Yeah, delete all the logs and see what happens at next EOD. Other then that you will have to look at the debout.eod on the server/terminal and the terminalss local debout (All located in the Aloha(qs)\TMP folder) to tell you what happened. Those debout files can be opened with notepad and even without knowledge of Aloha it should give you an indication of what is going on.

I'm an implementation specialist for a big pos company and have about 15 installs to setup in the next few months. Figured I'd ask and see if maybe someone thought it could be another issue. Been dealing with multiple other issues with multiple other programs and haven't had a chance to peak at it.

I had a problem during EOD running in a posready2009 FOH to Windows 7 32 BOH environment (Tableservice 6.5x) when I tried to run a non-administrative account on the terminal. All ran fine until EOD. My FOH account had full permissions for the BOOTDRV shares on BOH and Terms. I never spent the time to troubleshoot permissions further I just made the account I was using an admin.

coorsman's Win7/2008 server faq may be of help
