Aloha, EdcSvr.exe service cannot be started, CtlSvr works

Hello, I know little about the aloha program but I read a few forums and tried a few things.

The original was when I re-setup the computer after taking it out to be serviced, I hadn't plugged in the 'dongle', so the Ctlsvr would not start, but the Edc worked fine and I could view the terminals across the network.

Because I didn't know about the dongle, I registered all the services manually without first un-registering them.

After this, I cannot get the Edc to open, with an error 'Cannot find the Edc DCOM server, make sure it is properly registered and licensed'. Further, Edcsvr
