Aloha EDC Windows 10 EdcSvr wont start

Old server hard drive died. Setup Aloha ver 6.7.53 on a new SSD drive with Windows 10. Everything is working except EDC.


Start service gives

HA! I changed the service login from Local System to local admin account and BOOM it works!
