Aloha EDC will not work with 5th 3rd Bank Gift Cards

I upgraded Aloha to 6.2.26 and installed 5th 3rd Bank gift cards program at one of my stores OK, but have failed to install at the next 3 stores. All drives and configurations are very similar as we cloned the original drives. Sonicwall devices and ISP are all the same.

All party's are pointing the finger at the other guy (so what's new). Anyone out there using Aloha with 53 Bank?
