Aloha EDC ver 5.3.46e

Our Client is changing from Paymentech High-Speed to Visanet High-Speed and having problems. Before Paymentech he used Visanet and it worked fine.
1. In Aloha EDC we added Processor - Visanet and configured with all correct info. Checked the SSL checkbox on right.
2. Edited CARDS and changed each to Visanet.
Saved info and tried to do sale and it came back declined.
I called Visanet and they do not see the auth attempt or the decline. It appears it is not getting out to them.

I switched it back to Paymentech and it worked fine.

Is there a step we're missing?

is the processor heartland?
if so, you need to add lines to the edc.ini

I found the problem. The edc.ini was corrupt. Copied it to another dir and restarted edcsvr. Opened EDC and re-configured all items. It worked.
