Aloha EDC stuck settling batch

I'm using EDC v6.4.11. First settlement error was not able to initialize port 1. I restarted BOH. When the system came back up transactions were gone. But no other transaction are posting to BOH. If I try to settle RBSLYNK reports "Batch is already being processed for settlement". We use the internet to process cc I've checked our connection and it is on. I assume the problem is a software issue. I've tried a few fixes with no success. Thanks in advance for any help.

You have a SETTLING file in the Aloha\EDC\LYNKSYS\ folder.
Delete this file then your transactions will show on EDC.

You SHOULD call your processor to see if your transactions were setteled.

They got the batch:
Do a force settle.

Didn't get it:
re-settle.
