Our hotel is running Aloha 6.4.17 with Aloha EDC 6.4.14. I am having a problem with viewing the charges through EDC.
When i select PMS from the menu and then the Charge report a box appears that tells me:
"The report file doesnt exist or cant be accessed. Perhaps no PMS data exists to build it."
If i open up the PMS folder in the Aloha drive, the report.txt file is there and lists the charges.
Does anyone know of a reason why i cannot open this through the EDC interface?
