Im looking for info on how to change the refund limit for Aloha EDC, for example if an employee mistakenly enters an incorecct tip of 600 instead of 6.00 and settles the batch, in order to do a refund, i currently can input card data ie. number and expiration, but when i process it it says amount is over limit. Where can i modify this?

Aloha EDC Refund Amount Limit Change

Log into EDC. Stop POS processing. Select "Configure">Options. This will allow you to change the refund limit.
