Aloha EDC missing transactions

Hey everyone!
Thanks to Verizon, we had to work offline all weekend.
Today the service is back, but EDC is not picking up all the transactions that were processed offline.
If only got 50% of them.

Is there a way to force EDC to browse the terminals for transactions?
I restarted the system a couple of times, check network access and privileges...

I don't know what else to try.

I forgot to mention that we have Aloha Table Service 6.5.25 installed.
 
I was just checking the reports, and there is a long list of transactions shown as "rejected by the processor"
The if I go to Functions > Edit rejected transactions, it says that no transactions exist.

Any help will be greatly appreciated it.
 
if you have list of cards in the declined section, you will need to pull the audit report to manually key them back into edc to authorize. If they are adjustments, then most likely those txn's were recovered after edc settled the batch and the system was unable to locate the authorization to adjust.
