Question for my fellow nerds-

I've got a client who is has been settling batches for the past few days, and Heartland claims they have not seen them and they are not in the bank account of the client for about 4 days now.

I've never seen this type of problem w/EDC in a lot of years working w/Aloha. I am doubting it is Aloha or clients system.

It's been my experience that when there is a problem that involves the bank, it's like pulling teeth to get them to do get off their butts and eventually check it out.

The *only* reason I am not on the phone demanding they look into it right now, is that the client did have a problem a few days ago where CC's were spooling. But I dialed in, restarted the service and it was fine. The transactions went thru just fine and batch for the night. So I still say it's something with the bank.

The client assure me they have not "Force Settled" and the Review Transactions report looks normal.

I just put 1.00 thru and settled the batch myself myself-seemed to work fine- gonna have them call the bank and see it shows up. Don't have any info on whether or not this worked yet.

Any one seen this or have suggestions on how to prove to the bank they went through?

Thanks!

nevermind, this was a silly bank mistake and was solved, the explanation of which really won't be useful to anyone.
