aloha edc change merchant service(visanet to visanet) 2

Hello!!
I have a very important question that you guys could maybe give me a solution to...


When I change my credit card processer information (acquirer Bin, merchant number , terminal ID)
in Aloha EDC then error message coming up “ reason: Ho-“

With my previous processing company's information,
the error message doesn't pop up upon transaction,
however with my new (current) processing company's information the error message " reason: Ho-" pops up.

Is there any other information that I need to change in order to have the error message go away?

Please help me with this issue!!!

Your new company is probably Lynksystems not Visanet. Try setting up the new numbers under the LYNK processor.

Call your dealer or ask your processor what platform you should be on. Fit they give you a Tare sheet?

I contacted Vital and it turned out that merchant category was different.
Now everything works normal!
