File server crashed - all is well except ecard on the boh. Is this setup and installation of this still an acient secret passed down for generations?

I know in the past people have replied that radiant will dial in and do it for free because they arent getting per swipe fees if it's broke, but i figured I would just try to save the hassle of calling them.

If anyone knows anything, I'd appreciate it!

Thanks!

You will need to call radiant, sorry.

Cheers,
Coorsman

Many of our clients are using Heartlands gift card program (which has improved much over the past couple years). HPS charges $35 per month for unlimited transactions which doesn't seem too bad considering the GC data is not the restaurants responsibility. They have enough to worry about. How does the Aloha ecard compare?

The customer's Help Desk Support is included in their monthly bill that supports the gift card program. There is no reason not to call Enterprise Support to get the program reinstalled and working.

Thanks for all the replies. This was taken care of a while ago, but Gunstar, you were absolutely correct, the GM of the restaurant called radiant and they dialed in and had it running the same day.
