Aloha Demo Manager Password

I recently installed Aloha 6.5 using the demo feature and following the instructions on this forum. However, I keep running into an issue with the login. When I get to the screen with the username/password, I am unable to access the manager functions. I believe the username is 100, but the password is unknown. I can login with 200/blank, but I believe that user is lacking functions. I have tried aloha, Aloha, manager, password, etc, but have not had any luck.

I would appreciate any help that can be provided.
