Aloha Delivery Software

I touch the screen for delivery, program pops up to allow search of name, address, phone etc. Whenever I touch anything on that gray screen--a big Aloha white box pops up with ENTER SEARCH TEXT. The only thing I can do is hit cancel over and over on the delivery screen until it goes away. Tried to reload Aloha and this seemed to work for a few hours and the same issue returned. Ideas, anyone.

Are you talking TS or QS? Where is the "delivery" button you're referring to (what screen)? And are you referring to the delivery a/k/a frequent diner which of course is an ad on module.
