Running aloha with takeout and delivery and I'm curious about how the proper way to set up delivery driver commissions. The way it's setup now is a 1.50 surcharge is added to all delivery checks and then its given back to the driver via his (custom) checkout. Seems like the issue with that is it will show as income for the business and not for the delivery driver... Is there another way, or is this the way its suppose to work?

Are you saying the $1.50 surcharge is in your net sales? That's odd if it is as it sounds like it should be treated much like a tip.
