Answered my own question, unless someone tells me otherwise.
It looks like the full number isn't stored in any dbfs.
According to some documentation I have it should be included in the gclog.dbf but that didn't appear in my dated subs. A mystery for another time.
Our audit reports didn't have it.
I knew the card series though so I made a couple of educated guesses and cross referenced the check number to a reprint I did of the check.
As long as you know card series and the last 4 digits you only need to guess one number.
The audit report will have it as long as your security level grants it. My managers cannot see anything but the last 4 digits of anything, but both my reseller and I can see the full PAN. If you are running Aloha Stored Value, the card series is the first 5 digits if the card, with the card number being the last 9. (55555 1234 56789)
