Aloha Database Clear

Hey all,
I know that this has probably been addressed but I cannot locate a thread.

What I am doing is using a database from an existing store to use at a new location. I want all of the menu items, categories, submenus, modifiers etc.. What I don't want is the video information that I had at the "donor" store or the employees. I will not have a Kitchen display system at this new location so I am not licensed for video like the "donor" store. I just know this will give me error after error. Just want to start with clean store settings but with all of the menu stucture.

I need to know that files to copy that will make this a smooth transaction

Remove emp.dbf to start with a clean employee list and uncheck whatever video option you have in Aloha Manager i.e. Maintenance>Store Settings>Video. If that doesn't work I think you can disable video in Aloha.ini in one of the options.
