Aloha custom modifier panels

Help! Is it possible to customize ALOHA modifier panels or create a modifier panel from a screen? We are creating a self service kiosk with our existing QS Aloha program. The built in modifier panel format is not customer friendly and if we can create modifier panels from regular panels, or from scratch, it will work. I believe this is our last hurdle before going live. Radiant did have customer POS but I cannot locate it. Thanks for any help you can give us.
