I'm wondering if there is a way to customize the reports already programmed into the FOH like the Daily Summary Report, Flash Report, PMix Report, etc. Or else create my own. I would also like to be able to see my guest check average at a glance without having to break out a calculator every time I want to see what it is. Any suggestions?

Aloha Custom FOH Reports?

All the reports you want are located in Aloha Manager. check average is a performance measure you can add to the bottom of each servers check out. You can then run the performance measure report and see how your staff compares.
Since the daily summary is unique to each restaurant and their needs you will need to configure this report in the order you would like to see, Gross, net, tax voids, comps, non cash and cash payments, as well as other ones like sales by category or revenue center, Petty cash if used, as well as 4 pages worth of reports if interested and it applies to your business.
Pmix is sort by item number or by category.
There is no one size fits all when it comes to reports.
