Aloha Chit Printing

Im having an issue with chit printing... whenever a prep ticket or chit prints out, the top half shows black spaces for about 6 inches before the actual order is printed... I'm not sure if this has to do with the template in the system or another setting...

in chit print settings, change your headers and footers to a smaller number. I like header of 0 and footer of 6
