Has anyone tried to manipulate the Aloha/NAM/CFC database in SQL using SSMS? We often have a lot of changes to make across multiple stores, and frankly, doing them one at a time in the GUI is time-consuming. When you make a change in the GUI, does it write it to SQL, and the refresh pushes it out to the .dbf files for FOH use, or is something else going on? It was much easier before, when changes could be written to the .dbf files, then copied across a range of stores.

I've tried to convince our owners that full-blown Configuration Center is the way to go, but they won't part with the money...

Thanks!

if you do find out, I would want that information as well. It used to be so easy to copy paste names into an item.dbf file.
