I had a mother board go so I had to operate in redundancy mode over the weekend. I have since got my server up and running and reloaded all the software. I now haven't been able to reconnect the FOH terminals to BOH. My network works both ways, Environment variables are set, everything on BOH is functioning properly, I just get the FOH to recognize BOH as fileserver. I have tried:
-running fileserver recovery
-deleting downtime.ini
-I have turned off all terminals except one and ran terminst on that one

Anything I am missing...it seems network related but I am not sure.
thanks

Are the terminals coming up to an error message or are they remaining in redundancy? A lot of time if the terminals will not load when trying to take them out of redundancy it is due to there not being an OK file in DATA.

If no OK file exists open up a command prompt, navigate to whatever your %iberdir% is and the Data folder. then type echo>OK.

Once ok file is there try the Fileserver recovery again making sure that all terminals are on floating logo when you do.
