Aloha BOH database question

Which table is the current customer orders stored in? and which tables are they moved to when the server closes the tab?

This is for the table service aloha (BOH and FOH)

Unless you are using Aloha in relational database mode there are no data "tables".
Your transactions are all captured in the trans.log.
