The Aloha Backoffice software is an additional add on to Table Service?

yep, things like Advanced Labor scheduler and Inventory Control require a seperate license

What do you mean by "Back Office"?

On any Aloha system you have a computer on the network running "Aloha Manager" (the program where you do reporting, database changes etc.). This can be a dedicated computer or it can be on one of the order entry terminals. There are modules that do require additional licensing such as inventory or delivdery...

I need only Daily Sales Reports that would perform when End of Day is completed... In the past POS system that I had (HSI Profit) as this reports. I want to reconcilate every checkout that my cashier do... and post this information into an interface or Table Service that in the end of day will tell me if they are Over/Short?

We had 10 restaurants and is 24 hour operation. We never close door and is a hedache do the renconcilation due to miss data entry... paper's...

See posts on Cash Reconciliation. Of course this only registers into sales report after the cashier does a checkout.

You Aloha support company should be able to help you with the ins and outs of Aloha in a 24 hour operation. It is very different in that you almost always have open sales and open checkouts at the time end of day runs...
