Aloha auto server sign off timer

Where can you change the timer that automatically signs a server off the POS when there has been no activity at the POS (and sends any existing orders to the kitchen?)

Go to Aloha Manager and go to Maintenance -> Store Settings. Select User Interface from the Group drop-down. You can change the POS screen timeouts there.
