When attempting to dispatch drivers error pops up about there being no dirers. Even though ATO shows drivers. This was a older version of delivery that was copied to new version on new server. There have been many setttings that needed to be adjusted. POSTech72, I know ATO is up your alley. Cna you get in contact with me for some help here. Aloha is 6.7.66 QS

I've seen that in my past, but I can't remember what caused me to have that glitch. I tried to remind myself by going through the v13 guide, but to no avail.

here are some screen shot. The error is the emp not clocked in, yet on driver tab is sow them clocked in

Have you looked at the logs at all? Without looking at anything I would say it is probably a jobcode thing. Maybe shift required to clock in/out did it just start happening or has it always been this way? Have you run the takeout setup helper under the windows start menu>aloha>aloha takeout folder. It may take some troubleshooting

In job codes the choice for shift required is grayed out. I suspect thats the issue. But what must I check or uncheck to make it no longer grayed out.
This is a new to them operation. Database and most settings were inherited from the older ATO.

This is what all job codes look like. I am sure there is something checked that should not be. The logs did not provide much info. Only the same error as I posted screen shot of. Lastly the takeout helper did not provide any errors related to this. Only localdir specified on BOH. Since localdir is not a setting on BOH I dismissed it.

To be Order Entry or a Delivery Driver, you must have Shift Required checked.

Under the delivery tab, is the employee flagged as a Delivery Driver, Delivery Dispatcher and/or Can Assign Orders to Self? If I remember correctly, Assigning to Self lets a driver view orders that are ready and self assign without manager authorization. The Delivery Dispatcher lets an employee assign completed orders to drivers, and sign them out and in. The Delivery Order Taker lets an employee receive delivery orders into the system and authorize the orders for prep.

ah!!! you are using old aloha manager for this. Are you aware of the gui within that ato files and the alohatogooveride.xml you can implement to overide the settings in here?

go to your ato bins on the boh and look for Radiant.Hospitality.AlohaToGo.Configuration.UI.exe

open that up and configure ATO through there. When you are done you want to make a copy of the AlohaToGoConfig.xml in the data folder of aloha takeout to be titled: AlohaToGoConfigoveride.xml

It will override the settings in Aloha Manager.
