Aloha ATO does not process/release future orders

We just had the ATO module installed onto our AlohaQS v6.7.38 and it doesn't process future orders. We can take normal, 20-minute quote call-in orders fine, and they release to the kitchen after the confirmation screen. Same-day future orders are set to release immediately, future day are set to release at the beginning of that day, yet they never release, even when the prep time is reached. My reseller says the module is configured correctly and can't figure out what the problem is. The ATO log on the BOH server shows this:

Before that are hundreds of lines of starting the Aloha POS interface normally, and after that are hundreds of lines of the same error. This module was installed a month ago and it still isn't working. My reseller said they would pull a copy of the database and run it on their test bench, then send logs to NCR to see if they can figure it out. This all feels like it's going to take forever, and this ATO module is holding up the launch of our online ordering site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From looking at your Debout I can see an obvious error. In ATO you need to have interface employees set up and interface terminals set up. The interface users and terminals act as a virtual person and a virtual terminal that go behind the scenes and preform tasks such as releasing future orders etc. Look through your settings in CFC if you use that or the ATO config tool most likely on your bootdrv. There is most likely a release future orders flag that you need to configure. Look very carefully for this because I know it exists.

Within the ATO config tool under the "features" tab there's a check box for "Release current day future orders immediately", which is checked, as well as "Future order void reason", "Release start time" (5:00AM), and "Activate orders via server" (checked). Under the "miscellaneous" tab there's a check box for "Release call-in orders based on prep time", which is not checked. These are the only settings I see related to future orders.

We have 3 terminals, 001, 002, 003, which are assigned as interface hosts for the interface terminals 091, 092, and 093. The interface employees are 9001, 9002, and 9003. It looks to me like the order service is trying to log in to an interface terminal with the ID "-1", but the only ones that are there are 091, 092, and 093.

Don't know if this is related or not, but when I hit validate configuration in the ATO config tool a fatal error titled "SQL Server Database AlohaToGo Existence" pops up with the text "Unable to access SQL Database AlohaToGo on Server localhost\SQLEXPRESS. See log for details". Which log is that referring to?
