Aloha and Printing...

Ok, I've a client I'm trying to sort out some printing issues for.

Setup, 2 terms, 5 priters, server, Aloha ver 5.1.x

term1 has a tm-88 for guest checks and a tm-88 designated bar
term2 has a tm-88 for guest checks and 2 u200's for app's and food.

When an order is placed for the bar, they are not printing.
When an order is placed for food or apps it prints at both printers in the kitchen.

2 printer groups bar / food with bar only having the bar printer and the other with the other two. The printer setup themselves have bar with the backup of the term1 guest check printer and the app and food printers are in each others for fail over.

Ok, now on the bar printer the drink orders are printing to the term1 guest check printer (forced reroute) without a problem. Some of the items that are for the bar however will not print in any location.

So, here are my questions:

1) For the bar printer can the tm-88 be used or does it need to be a u200 series?

2) where would I look to see why come beverage orders are printing and others aren't

3) How do I get the app orders printing to only the app printer and vis versa. Unless the printer has failed then needs to reroute automatically.

Help...
Thanks

I haven't been on here for a while, however if you are still in search of how to fix this, I think I can guide you to fixing it.
Simple stuff first:
1.Do you have any events that say reroute print by terminal?
2.Do any of your menus have printer reroutes set up in them?
Easy... Tell me what you know, and no printers do not matter =)

[PinoyAloha] - Yes, TM Printers can be use as a bar
printer.

2) where would I look to see why come beverage orders are printing and others aren't
[PinoyAloha] - First, you need to look at your items
setup for all beverages, make sure a printer group
is defined for each item.

3) How do I get the app orders printing to only the app printer and vis versa. Unless the printer has failed then needs to reroute automatically.
[PinoyAloha] - Make sure you define the printer groups
properly. Create an app printer group that points
only to the apps printer, and create another group
for your kitchen items that points only to the
kitchen printer.

>> None that I can see.

2.Do any of your menus have printer reroutes set up in them?
>>None.
