Aloha and Kitchen Printer Not Communicating

I was having communication issues with my Aloha and kitchen printer Epson U220. I replaced the printer, the cables, and the connectors without resolving the issue. My reseller had to create a new kitchen printer within setup and that resolved the problem. Somehow the kitchen printer original setting were corrupt/wrong and the only solution was to create a new printer within software and that solved the problem.
