Hello
Have a radient terminal mod 1220-0153
ver5.3.43e xp wepos
In the user account for aloha
the account type was changed to limited.
How can we change it back to computer administrator?
Thanks

Have you tried booting to safe-mode, administrator, control panel, user accounts and changing it that way? Sometimes the Administrator account has a blank password.

Did that,it asks for a password.dont know password for aloha user.

Try going to Start -> Run and type "control userpasswords2" without the quotes. Select the Aloha user and click Properties. Go to the Group Membership tab, select the Others ratio, and select Administrators from the drop-down menu. That should do it! :)

Thanks
the aloha password is "hello"
all is well
