ALOHA Activation scheduling/ event scheduling. i want to cry. help

ok im not excellent with computers but ive been working with this program for a while now, and i do not understand how to make the weekly specials. anyone.. please help.

I want to put my face through this monitor.

Would need to know what version of Aloha you are using. Old or new.
In old you would put all in one place
in New you make schedules first and then events and assign the schedule you want
