Aloha - accessing modifier page on-screen keyboard

On the modifier page, there is a button that accesses an on-screen keyboard in the lower left corner. This button allows our servers to send back any special message to the kitchen regarding food orders. Currently, our Aloha system only lets servers use that button to type in a message once per item. Is there a way for me to change this? In an effort to keep the FOH terminals organized and as streamlined as possible, not all of our modifiers are attached to each item. We're a small business with a relatively small menu, so having servers type in specific instructions for the kitchen occasionally isn't too time consuming. However, only being able to send one special modifier per item has proven to be somewhat constricting. Is there a way for me to increase the number of times servers can use that feature per item? Or perhaps duplicate the button on the screen?

you can add a few mods called open mod 1, open mod 2 ect. you can then bring up the keyboard as you modify a modifier
