I'm at a new install. Restaurant is a diner that only uses tab names, no tables.
For some reason "Bar:" prints before the tab name on kitchen chits. Initially thought that
this was related to revenue center, but after changing Rev Center 002 from Bar to Counter the
problem still occurs. I have looked through every setting and .dbf file and cannot find the
word "Bar" anywhere. Ideally, we would just like to change "Bar" to "Table" to minimize confusion
when running tickets.
Also, we have headers set to denote DineIn or Carryout, and therefore do not need Order Mode(Send/Togo)
to print on the chits. I assume the solution to disabling this lies in the same area as above issue.
Please help, had no response on aloha forum for last three days on these issues.
Thanks,
