I am a new member of the forum and found useful imformation. Thanks.

I am working with a pizzeria that recently converted to Aloha from RapidFire. I have questions concerning the ATOD.

1. When looking at unassigned orders, they are grouped in 15min. intervals based on promise time. Is there a way to change this to view all unassigned order in a list view? Or to show the address larger?

2. If a delivery order is placed orginally as cash and after it has been dispatch, the customer calls in a credit card instead, how do can I do back into the order to apply payment?

3. Is there a way to print the prices on kitchen printer tickets? This is elimate a step of reprinting every order.

4. Can someone explain why in the BOH ATOD confirguration, every change I make is not being applied after I refresh, espically when it is in the order tracking screen.

5. They have 3 terminals with ATOD and the processing speed is very slow. I can take up to 2 sec to dispatch a driver. What can I do to increase speed on these computers. Is this a computer issue or network?

I appreciate any help or advice in advance, espcially for item 1.

I forgot one more important issue. They also have Caller Id setup, but its not working. It only says no info. Is there a way to fix this.

1. The more orders you have within an interval, the smaller the orders will be. You could increase your interval times within the TakeOut configuration UI or remove them all together. Just by setting one time to start an hour before opening will give you all your orders in one huge cell.
2. Go to your order screen, highlight the order, on the right side of the screen there is a button for Tender/Modify, press it and it will take you back to the order screen where you can apply payment.
3. In Aloha Manager, Maintenance, Hardware, Printers. Select your kitchen printer, select Options tab, right side flag Print Prices.
4. You must restart the Radiant TakeOut service for changes to take effect.
5. The more RAM the better. TakeOut requires 512MB or more. Again, the more the better, 2GB if your machines will handle it.
