Hi, long time reader here, first time poster. Just have an issue that has stumped me.

So say I ring up an order for 1 basket of chicken fingers and this is defaulted to include 1 pack of BBQ sauce. When a customer requests 3 packs of BBQ instead, it's keyed into Aloha as such. However, when importing end of day the accounting software only sees the default amount (single package), thereby throwing off inventory. What gives?

Thanks for the help!

When you " it is keyed in as such", What do you mean?
Do you have a button for "Sauce" and you press it how many times the guest needs or do you have a modifier after that that asks how many is needed. Or do you just add a NOTE to order and say add 3 sauces?
Just trying to figure out the flow of keying in an order.
