Aloha 6.4.29 upgrade problems

I upgraded one of my sites from Aloha 6.2.16 to 6.4.29. Server is Windows 7 Pro 32-bit. Everything seemed to go fine on the back of house but the terminals would not come up. They kept saying "Exiting- data file error" and rebooting. Tried deleting the Aloha folder on the terminals and re-installed terminals. I reverted back to 6.2.16 for now. Any insight?

If you are using u-doc instead of hard drives on the terminals - you could be out of drive space on them.

They all have hard drives with plenty of free space.

Check your permissions, does this site run RFS? is RFS registered as an account that has access to the aloha directory?

No RFS at the site. Permissions seem to be fine as 6.2.16 runs with no problems but I will double check.
