Aloha 6.0.7 - Applying a No Tax Rate 1

Hello, I am running Aloha version 6.0.7. I have a tax rate set up as No Tax with the percentage of 0. I have assigned that tax rate to the items with no tax, however in the FOH, the default tax rate of 8% is being applied. How can I get Aloha to charge no tax without having to push the Tax Exempt button?

By the way, I also have a liquor tax of 10.5% and I believe it is only applying 8%. On a $3 alcoholic drink, it is applying $0.24. It should be around $0.31 or $0.32. Any ideas?

It's not being pushed through the Order Mode or through the Menu is it? I think this would override the no-tax. Other options could be surcharges or an event.
