Aloha 6.0.12 - 86 Modifier Items???

I am able to 86 any submenu item through Item Availability, but is there a way to 86 an item that only shows up on a modifier menu?

I guess I could build a submenu with all modifier items, and give only managers access to this menu; I am just wondering if there is another way to accomplish this task.
