Aloha 5.3 Using POS-X EVO Terminal and Epson serial kitchen printer 25pin.

We have been down for weeks now.
We bought at POS-X EVO terminal for use with our Aloha 5.3 system. On the terminal there are 4 serial ports that take RJ45's. We have Epson U200 25pin serial printers in the kitchen that are run from the terminal via Cat5 directly to the kitchen printers. When we hook up the terminal, the printers don't print. There is a 25-pin to rj45 adapter on the back of those printers. POS-X couldn't tell me what the adapters should be set to. I was going to order new blank adapters and make them myself. Can anyone help?

did you try a cat5 cable directly from the rj45 on the computer to the rj45 to DB25 on the printer.

The POS-X termina uses a 10pin similar to RJ-45 serial cable to DB-9 .
