Aloha 5.3 Floor Plan Tables don't select

I had the floor plan and menus all set up and working and then the power cycled one night and now the floor plan is unresponsive to the touch. The tables are the color of the background instead of being white/green/purple.

I understand that what floor plan you see is determined by job code and the terminal settings. It seems to me that the system disallows users by not showing them things that they are not supposed to see, not by showing them things that are nonfunctional. Has anyone seen this behavior?
