I was hoping someone in this forum could help me out and post a sample database for Aloha 12.3. I am doing a fresh install with a new company that has no previous version to import. I thought that the msi file would come with a sample database like the previous versions of 6.7.xx but upon installation of both CFC and 12.3 I only have blank fields for everything...No liquor, no jobcodes, no anything. The install is for a bar so a liquor heavy database would be preferable, especially since it will take me long enough to input the menu items and recipes by themselves. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

try this database
includes items ,mods, catagories. will still require some time to work with new aloha manager
it is super bar heavy

Thanks for the quick response! I will check it out when I get to the server later today!

That file is perfect, thank you! Quick question though, will not having my HASP key prevent me from refreshing the data on the server? I know ctlsvr will not work no matter what without the key but I am trying to preprogram the system for when my key is delivered next friday. Every time I try to refresh I get an error, thus preventing me from actually using the new databases that were so generously provided. I checked out the files with dbf manager and they are exactly what I was looking for, I just can't seem to get Aloha Manager to recognize them. Would re-installing manager or 12.3 to use as a demo and standalone terminal make a difference until the key is delivered? BTW, it is only a 3 terminal system, not that that really matters

you need do a data import to bring them in to aloha.
You will not be able to test anything without the key. FOH will never load. Best you can do now is work on submenus, taxes, catagories, job codes ect until you get your key.

Thank you, that's pretty much what I thought...I knew that FOH wouldn't load but I thought that import would work even if AM is in "standalone". I guess I am stuck til next friday. That database is great though, you saved me a ton of time! Much appreciated! You should have a "donate" button on your website.
