ALoah server sales product mix detail 1

I'm looking for a way to get detailed accounts for server sales so that I can more easily run staff incentives and such. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running Aloha Manager 6.1.15.

Are you attempting to track sales of a specific set of items?

Yes. I want to see something like how many Budweiser bottles were sold by Janet in September.

I'm not sure what you mean, but I'm sure I can figure it out.

NON SALES is a category type just like SALES or RETAIL if you like at the category list you will see that they have a category type radio cjheck button in the top right hand corner.

An item can only belong to one SALES but can belong to many NON SALES categories.

Create a new NON SALEES category, lets call it number 1001 and name it Beer Tracking.

From the Right hand side move all your Beers that you want to track to the left to include them in the "Beer Tracking" category.

Now you can Edit the setting on the Comparative Employee Sales report from the reports menu and select "Beer Tracking" as the base and comparative sales group.

You will get a listing by employee of those sales.

This reporting will only work moving forward after you create the new category. So you ca nnot use it for last months sales.
