Almost Done with Ex55 --> Ex2k3 Migration - ADC Question

I followed the steps in KB:822450 w/o any problems. When I look at my ADC, I still have Users and Public Folder Connection Agreements...as well as several Config_CA connection Agreements.

I know not to remove the Config_CA agreements until I plan on moving to Native Mode, but is there ANY Reason I should keep the Users and Public Folder Connection Agreements?

We have no more 55 servers and the one referenced in the Agreement doesn't exist and is causing errors in the logs.
