Hello All,
We have Ignite setup to automatically process the emails for us.
So, it's been a few weeks now that we keep getting the following error. It notifies us then clears itself afterwards.
ALM0156 - Unable to move emails to processed folder
However, since it's Office365 the performance should be good and when I login it seems to work as it should.
I've enabled archiving to shrink down the mailbox size (which is now about 26gb) Does anyone have any suggestions to clear up this error?
It seems to be working but we don't know for sure.
Please throw out some ideas to resolve it!
