I have a Mics 7.1 xc that seems to be working fine but is getting ALM 75. And Evt 327-00 in network alarms , it has an AT&T t1 circuit optioned as ESF AMI, clock source set to primary ,CSU stats for 15 min increments come back clean over an hour long period , is this a clocking issue? Was going to try new DTI card first and if not the 6 port combo card. Any suggestions

In most cases this is a carrier issue.
If you have shaken them up to fix it then yes that's a good start with hardware.
