allwebmenus and smartnavigation

I have a website which has allwebmenus installed. It also uses smart navigation.

When you click on a link that uses smart navigation, the allwebmenus menu disappears.

Does anyone know why this may be occuring?

Yes, but to see the problem you need to login, which costs money, and due to privacy policies I can't just give one out. I'm looking for any general solution possibilities.
