allwebmenus and dreamweaver incompatibility

I use AllWebMenus software and it is great. There is one problem however, which affects Dreamweaver users.

If I try to open an .awm file directly from the Dreamweaver Files dialog, I get a:

Run-time error '52':
Bad file name or number

I have set the primary editor for .awm files to the AllWebMenus.exe and everything looks good on that end.

This seems to be an incompatibility between Dreamweaver and AllWebMenus. I have had this problem on different machines with different combinations of both Dreamweaver & AllWebMenus software versions, so it is not my set-up.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any possible fix? Any comments?
