It isn't in trusted sites, or anywhere else that I can find.

As I said, if you're trying to get rid of these pop-ups, opting out is your best bet. But...try peeking in your registry and seeing if you can find this site referenced under the content advisor key...
...navigate to it like so...

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PoliciesRatings]

If you find it there, delete it...this should sove the problem.

I have opted out, apparently you have to renew that every 30 days. Thanks

Yeah...it's one of those annoying pests that limits your optout period...my bad. Some will let you opt out indefinitely. Any luck with the registry key?

Actually, I've never been in the registry. That's frowned upon here, and reserved for the tech support people. They're busy enough so I'm just going to pass. But thanks for the suggestion.

Yep...best not muck around in there if you're not familiar with it. Here's one more shot:
download either AdAware or SpyBot ( or (Run it/them. Clean off what is found...you're likely going to get rid of cookies/registry references to x10, as it's known scumware. When you're finished...do not hit the web. Use this narrow window to put the entry you posted above into Content Advisor.
